Department activities
1- Supervising the work of graduate studies in colleges that have graduate studies in their departments.
2- Addressing all universities and government departments for facilitating the mission of graduate students to obtain resources, references, and documents necessary for writing theses.
3- Addressing Iraqi universities for transferring graduate students to them or transferring their students to our university.
4- Supervising the admission process for graduate studies annually and determining the available names for admission and reserves names.
5- Supervising the work of leave study committee inside Iraq, and determining the nomination available names, and the names of the reserves.
6- Forming temporary and permanent committees, for all related to higher studies.
Activities of the Division
1- Addressing all universities and government departments for facilitating the task of graduate students by obtaining books and documents.
2- Granting students support to continue studying for any official authority inside Iraq.
3- Raising the daily status of the final exams to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / the Supervisory and Scientific Calendar / the Department of Educational Supervision.
4- Addressing all universities and government departments for providing graduate students with the correctness of issuing university documents.
Activities of the Admission Division
1- Supervising auditing of applicants’ files.
2- Specify the names of graduate studies candidates for admission and reserve applicants annually according to controls.
3- Issuing university orders to accept students.
Activities of University Orders Division
Issuing university orders for the following purposes:
A- Establish a temporary and permanent committee, for related matters of graduate studies.
B – Canceling acceptance applicants or terminating the relationship with studies for any reason, according to the laws of graduate studies.
C- Grant applicants of university members with study leave in Iraq according to entitlement.
D- Transferring students from our university to other universities.
E- Transferring students from other universities to our university.
F – Addressing all universities and government departments for providing graduate students with high degrees with the validity of university orders.
