As it is witnessing a continuous development towards the best to keep pace with the needs of the individual and society, accordingly, higher education is seen based on the social progress distinct role and its development by preparing engineering, scientific, technical, cultural, and professional human energies. Also, developing intellectual and administrative leadership in different aspects of life.

Ensuring the educational process quality, accepting students and fortifying the educational environment mechanisms, and its protection to the variety of academic programs and the role of the staff. Also, working on what the educational institution provides from community service to work integrally with the labor market in preparing the specifications of distinguished alumni, which meets the actual need and keeps pace with the enormous digital developments to reach the strategic goals announced for the University of Technology as a specialized university in engineering and applied sciences.
Modern trends in measuring and managing quality in higher education work in looking at the goals and on measuring the outcomes of higher education represented by the availability of directional, cognitive, skill, and behavioral characteristics in graduates, in all joints of the educational process and its support departments. As the culture of quality calls for the participation of all individuals, departments, scientific units, the student and the staff member so that everyone becomes part of this program. Therefore quality is the driving force required to effectively push the university education to achieve the goals and mission entrusted to it by society and its multiple institutions at the sectors level governmental and private. As quality is a standard term for specifying characteristics and criteria to be a standard basis for measurement, it must emphasize measuring the quality of higher education importance with sophisticated, honest, and consistent standards as far as possible to reach the global reliability of academic programs. Additionally, documenting the development programs, procedures, applying regulations, and directing to achieve a qualitative shift in the educational process and upgrade the standards of graduates in all mental, physical, social and cultural aspects. Thus, it can only be achieved by perfecting the stages of the educational process and proper management.
Consequently, students were able to deal with information abundance, continuous change, and steady technological progress. Also, they do not limit their role to scientific indoctrination and listening, but rather involving them in the process of dealing with information and benefiting from it to effectively serve the self-learning process. Finally, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department are striving to work as team-spirit with the presidency, and the support it provides in this regard as well as the heads of departments and directors of quality departments to reach the goal set to advance that noble mission.
