College of Engineering with a scientific visit to Samarra Dam Station
Under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Saleh Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Engineering, and the supervision of the professor, Dr. Ihsan Ali Mustafa, Head of the Electromechanical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, University of Samarra.
The Department of Electromechanical Engineering initiated a scientific visit to the Samarra Dam (hydroelectric) station for third- and fourth-year students.
This visit aims to familiarize the students with the station’s work and benefit from it scientifically.
The supervising engineers gave a detailed explanation of how the station works, electrically and mechanically.
The tour was supervised by professor Dr. Zainab Abdel Majid Khalaf, professor Younis Saud Alwan and assistant professor Natiq Abbas Fadel.
