The Department of Electromechanical Engineering organizes a panel discussion entitled (The Hazards of Subsurface Water on the Infrastructure of Samarra City)
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai, President of Samarra University, and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Saleh Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Engineering, the Department of Electromechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Samarra University held a panel discussion entitled (Subsurface Water Hazards on the Infrastructure of the City of Samarra) delivered by Engineer Shaker Mahmoud Mahdi at One of the college halls, in the presence of the Dean of the College of Engineering, his assistant for scientific affairs, and some professors, staff, and students of the college.
The seminar dealt with a field study of some neighborhoods of Samarra affected by the rise in subsurface water levels.
