The University of Samarra will present the duties of the law officer in state institutions in a mandatory symposium
The Legal Affairs Department and the Government Contracts Division at the Presidency of Samarra University is organizing a symposium entitled “The Duties of the law Officer in State Institutions,” which will include three axes, the first of which will present: The role played by the legal employee in investigative committees. The second axis reviews: the legal regulation of the government contract. At the same time, the third axis presents the supervisory role of the legal unit in the college.

The symposium targets the law staff who work in the university, including owners and contracts, whose attendance will be mandatory, especially the officials of the faculties’ law units. This is under the Vice President of Samarra University for Administrative Affairs.
