A symposium at the University of Samarra presented the antibiotics abuse

 

The College of Education at Samarra University held a scientific symposium about the misuse of antibiotics on human life.

In the second lecture, delivered by the pharmacist Abdel Qader Fadel Abd, he talked about antibiotic resistance, the causes of that resistance, the risks posed by antibiotics, and the method that helps to avoid them.

The third lecture, delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Afrah Tohme Khalaf, reviewed the natural herbs and plants that raise immunity, clarified the precautions for their use, and indicated the most appropriate methods.

In this context, the Department of Biology in the college organized an exhibition to raise awareness of the misuse of antibiotics and reduce their harm to human beings, as well as education about beneficial plants and their active substances and methods of using them at home.
