The College of Agriculture at Samarra University launches a campaign to combat desertification and develop afforestation
The campaign, under the supervision of the Deanship of the Agriculture College, with the support of its teaching and professional staff, and the contribution of college students in all their departments and stages, aims to invest in appropriate environmental conditions for planting some plants, and the existence of good climatic opportunities for treating other varieties of plants.
These initiatives come within the university’s vision of creating a clean climatic environment, expanding the green culture in the awareness of the citizen and society, and the importance of spreading this in various circles and levels within the country and among its citizens.
