Quality Assurance Unit Organizes a Workshop on the Mechanism of Field Training Committees and Graduate Follow-up

The Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Chemistry at the College of Education for Pure Sciences – University of Samarra, organized a workshop entitled “The Mechanism of Field Training Committees and Graduate Follow-up, and Joint Cooperation between the College and the Samarra Education Directorate.”

The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Daham Hamidi, Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Unit at the college, with the participation of Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Masoud, and was attended by a number of faculty members and those interested in academic affairs.

The workshop aimed to explain the mechanism of work of the field training and graduate follow-up committees, clarify the duties and tasks assigned to them, and highlight the importance of joint cooperation between the College of Education for Pure Sciences and the Samarra Education Directorate. This cooperation contributes to enhancing the follow-up of graduates from the college’s three departments and linking educational outcomes with the labor market.

This workshop comes within the framework of the college’s and its academic departments’ efforts to implement quality standards and ensure academic performance, as well as their commitment to meeting the requirements of academic accreditation, which is considered one of the main foundations of the national university ranking.
