Citizens Affairs Unit
An administrative section directly related to the Dean of the College. It deals with the affairs of citizens by receiving proposals, inquiries and opinions to address the problems of citizens in the college, if any, and to develop the level of university performance.
The Citizens Affairs Section seeks to enhance communication between auditors, departments, people, and administrative sections in our college and to overcome the difficulties that they may encounter during their review in order to complete their transactions with limited timings, as well as contact and communicate with other state institutions. This administrative section concerned with citizens’ affairs aims to receive citizens and listen to their complaints or receive their requests to express their opinion towards them and prepare the reading to present them to the eyes of the Dean of the College, and directly supervise the organization of interviews for the Dean and enter citizens’ requests on the website of the College to speed up the answer and search for specific information and inform The citizen about the action taken in connection with his request or complaint by phone or e-mail and addressing the colleges and departments affiliated to the university presidency regarding the citizen’s request or a statement of opinion on it.
Unit objectives
Represents the interface of the college and the dean of the college with regard to citizens’ affairs.
Unit tasks
Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing them to the authorities concerned with their requests.
Receiving all applications addressed to the Dean of the College and presenting them to him to express his opinion on them.
Communicating with the citizen about the action taken in connection with his request or complaint by phone, e-mail, or review.
Addressing scientific departments, divisions, and administrative sections with regard to the citizen’s request or expressing an opinion on it
Receiving citizen requests by phone or e-mail of the Citizens Affairs Section and forwarding them to the relevant authorities.
Entering citizens’ requests according to an electronic system in the citizen’s e-government program within the form in the section. In turn, the program gives a special number for the request submitted by the citizen so that his request can be followed up.
Application mechanism
Write the application in a clear and specific manner, taking into account specifying the subject and title of the application.
Write down the full name, sender’s address, phone number, e-mail, department or workplace, and scientific department so that an answer can be given. Otherwise, any request without the required information will be ignored.
Do not include attachments in the application (send them via e-mail).

IT Division
The division was created for the purpose of helping to achieve the goals of e-learning and providing software systems to harness it to serve the college staff, and facilitate their work, in addition to keeping abreast of modern technological developments and employing them for the benefit of the college and contributing to providing a more comfortable work environment and less effort for management to control it.
Unit goals
* Solve problems related to the Internet, communications, computers and electronic systems.
* Detecting security vulnerabilities in the systems applied in the college and addressing them using the latest methods.
▪ Keeping up with the continuous technological modernity and harnessing it to serve the students and staff of the college.
▪ Reducing human efforts in the college by providing electronic systems to improve performance at a low cost.
