Dean’s office
The dean’s office represents the link between the dean and all the departments and sections of the college due to its direct contact with his sovereignty.
Where the office represents the front of the deanship because it receives all comers from inside and outside the college, including teachers, employees, students and other people from outside the campus, who have work that cannot be decided upon except by his Excellency is briefed on it.
Duties of the Dean’s Office
1- Organizing all matters related to the work of the Dean and coordinating administrative work between the scientific departments, sections and units according to the directives of his sovereignty and in accordance with the instructions and controls in force.
2- Following -up and checking all formal letters and notes received by the office from departments, sections and units. When there is any defect, the concerned authority is notified of the letters and returned to it for the purpose of amending and checking it.
3- The dean’s office answers the letters received from the university president and the ministry
4 – Receiving and hosting personalities, officials and invitees to seminars and conferences held by the college in the dean’s office
5- Organizing the Dean’s interviews with the faculty members and staff
6- Organizing the dates of the Dean’s agenda
7- Accomplishing the requirements for the weekly college council meetings, which are held in the office of the Dean.
8- Receiving all comers from inside and outside the university who have private letters that require an interview with the Dean
9- Organizing the incoming letters and distributing them to the departments, sections and units concerned with them, as well as the issued letters that are sent to the university presidency or to other parties.
10 – Following up on all tasks assigned by the Dean to the office.

Secret Registry
The Secret Registry is administratively linked to the Dean of the College directly, as it undertakes to carry out all the tasks assigned to it by His Excellency.

Secret Registry Tasks:
1- Following up the confidential mail in the Dean’s office and supplying confidential letters received from the presidency of the university and other state and private colleges, as well as those received from the Ministry, ministries and other bodies, and giving them a confidential private code of the college.
2- Directing the received confidential letters according to the intended recipient after keeping a copy of them.
3- Issuing secret administrative letters and orders for the college and giving them a private code of the college and directing them to the concerned authority after keeping a copy of them.
4- Following up on the secret committees that are formed within the college.
5- Printing the formal letters issued by the dean’s office.
6- Following up the secret urgent letters of the Dean inside the office.
7- Carrying out other similar work dictated by the Dean at the secret office.
