Tasks and duties of the Registration and Student Affairs Section
The division consists of several sections, namely:
First: Undergraduate studies section – Morning classes:
The Undergraduate studies section includes the following tasks and duties:
Admission of students in all its channels: central admission – direct admission – admission of martyrs’ families – admission of top students – admission within the distinguished channel – admission of teachers with sabbatical leave.
Transferring students, hosting them, and adjusting their candidacy according to the minimum admission limits, and according to what qualifies them for their competitive rates in the year of admission.
Follow-up student registration and supervise the completion of their personal files.
Follow-up on whatever related to the student; postponement, termination, backlog, transfer, hosting, and failure.
Second: Documents and Ratifications Section
The documents and certifications section includes the following tasks and duties:
Completing the documents of students graduating from the college after checking them, relying on the university orders for graduation
Confirmation of the validity of issuance of graduate students’ documents
Follow up and check academic documents for students admitted to the college.
Directing the need to adhere to the timings set by the university for the purpose of checking documents centrally in the college for preparatory studies for accepted students.
Registering incoming and outgoing mail to the Division, provided that the work is in an orderly and tidy manner.
Issuing administrative orders to initiate students and all stages of the college.
Third: Section of University Admission and Graduation Orders for Undergraduate Study
This section includes the following tasks and duties:
Issuing administrative orders for registration and proceeding with admission in light of the university order for student admission.
Issuing administrative orders to graduate students for the first and second rounds in light of the university order to graduate for the first round and the university order for the second round.
Fourth: Evening Studies Section
The evening studies section includes the following tasks and duties:
1_ Admission of students to evening studies.
2_ Transferring students from colleges and universities and hosting them.
3_ Registering students and supervising the completion of their personal files.
4_ Follow up the timings related to the beginning of opening the evening presentation according to the ministerial instructions in force.
5_ Follow up on everything related to: postponement – termination – back-log system – failure – transfer – and hosting
6- Follow-up on everything related to the student, starting from the stage of admission to the stage of graduation.
