The Warehouse Section

The warehouse section is one of the main and vital sections that regulate the entry and exit of assets and total property in accordance with the applicable warehouse management system and laws.

The responsibilities of this section are as follows:

1_ Receive, prepare, organize and control stored materials to control their flow and distribute them to scientific departments, divisions, and sections.

2_ Maintain stocks of all kinds, including stationery, various furniture, sports supplies, and storing accessories and consumables.

3_ Enter the materials that are purchased from the markets directly to the college through the procurement and maintenance committees or that are received from the university’s stores and documenting them in the relevant records.

4_ Issue materials on the sections of the college and its departments, according to the need for each section.

5_ The section undertakes the process of destroying consumed and surplus materials, organizing them with lists, and sending them to the concerned authorities in the university
