Fund Section

The section operates according to the provisions of Articles (10) and (47) of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Law No. (40) for the year 1988 and the Fund’s instructions No. (122) for the year 1999.

The section records, classifies and analyzes the current operations of revenues and expenses and controls them, and prepares the financial budget at the end of each year to know the financial position of the fund. The section of the Higher Education Fund also collects the amounts that come to the fund according to the receipts approved for this purpose, and records the amounts received according to their items in the receipts register and on the basis of numbers.

Section tasks

It manages and organizes the accounts of the Higher Education Fund and distributes funds according to the exchange chapters organized by the instructions and laws in force.

Receiving and disbursing the Institute’s revenues according to specific sections.

Matching the registry and organizing closing and filing entries.

Receipt of cash amounts and instruments duly with official receipts, depositing them in the bank, and posting the receipts.

Organizing exchange vouchers and entry vouchers, posting them to the general daily register, maintaining the revenue and advances register, and organizing the monthly balance.
