A professor at the University of Samarra publishes a scientific paper in a reputable scientific journal on Asprosin and oxidative stress

 

Dr. Rafah Razouq Hamid has published in Systematic Reviews in Pharmacy and is classified within Scopes Journals Q2 her research entitled:
(Correlation Between Serum Asprosin Level And Oxidative Stress In Iraqi Patients With Type II Diabetes Mellitus)

Where the study aimed to assess the level of Asprosin in patients with type 2 diabetes, which is one of the newer protein hormones discovered in 2016 and which is secreted from white adipose tissue. Also, some biochemical data were evaluated such as intoxicating hemoglobin, the total capacity of oxidation, dihydrogenase malone, and clotathione – S-transferases, and the relationship between the hormone and the biochemical data were evaluated.
