A group of faculty from the College of Islamic Sciences publish a joint book on publishing and social dialogue
Al-Resala publisher published a joint book for professors from the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Samarra, Professor Dr. Dhari Rashid Yassin and Dr. Junaid Sharif Abd, and Assistant Lecturer Iman Abd Nassif Al-Jawari. The book entitled the provisions and controls of posting and social chatting between males and females on the Internet network in Islamic jurisprudence, Iraqi and American law, and talked about perversions, crimes, electronic thefts, the prohibition of intellectual property theft, and the prohibition of spreading false and misleading information and manipulating it, and the prohibition of (hacker), defamation from the legitimate side. On the legal side, Iraqi and American law criminalized these actions and many laws were issued that were imposed on them, such as imprisonment or fines, according to each person’s crime.
