The University of Samarra provides UV sterilization devices for CT scan ward in Samarra Hospital

 

In another step for the University of Samarra, the President, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi, presents two devices to sterilize the CT scan ward in Samarra Hospital.

The two devices work with UV rays. To protect the working staff, as well as non-corona patients.
Also, this sterilization keeps the CT scan device and other devices from being affected by the humidity of other regular sterilizers.

The President of the University handed these two devices to Dr. Faid Abdel Hamid, who specializes in radiology and sonar, at Samarra General Hospital.

It is noteworthy that these devices were designed by a working team at the university consisting of Engineer Khaled Saeed and Professor Ahmed Sadiq and under the direct supervision of the President of the University.

This step comes within the many great steps provided by the university to the hospital and the care sector in Samarra, and is an embodiment of the university’s vital role in community service.

The President of the University affirmed the university’s continued support for the health staff and Samarra Hospital, calling on the Almighty Allah to protect everyone from the evil of epidemics.
