The Minister of Higher Education addresses a letter regarding the initiation of teaching bodies and authorizing departmental and college councils to recommend increasing the attendance rate

Given the exceptional circumstances that the academic year 2019/2020 has gone through and the accompanying emergency delay and forced a change in the timing of teaching tasks to preserve knowledge achievement and complete curricula and examinations in a way that meets the requirements of granting certification to our dear students. Also, in the interest of the safety of the teaching staff and their competencies that were the pillar of Communicating with students and affirming their commitment to the decisions of the Health and Safety Committee, we would like to point out the importance of the following data:

– The faculty resumed its start on Tuesday, 1/9/2020, in conjunction with the approaching date of the second round exam for the first and second semesters in graduate studies, at a rate of 25% for each day of the official working hours to complete the academic and research work requirements and the preliminary and graduate studies requirements.

The scientific departments and branches undertake the organization of study schedules and announce them by various means according to the university calendar and the circulars issued in terms of timing and taking into account the theoretical and practical side of blended education.

– To preside over the university according to the recommendations of the Academic Department Board and the College Board, to increase the attendance rate as they see fit to fulfill the requirements of the academic year and with the approval of the University President.

Full compliance with the instructions of the Health and Safety Committee and giving the matter the utmost importance to work accordingly.
