Overload in sports training
Under the guidance of the President of the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, and supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saleh Khalil, the Continuing Education Unit at the College held a scientific symposium specialized in sports training under the title (Overload in Sports Training). Prof. Dr. Abd al-Rahman Ibrahim Abd al-Karim), Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs at the college, and (Prof. Zahid Qasim Muhammad) from the Samarra Education Department, on Tuesday 12/1/2021 in continuing education halls in the college, where the symposium focused on the negative factors resulting from the overload in training, which leads to a decrease in the level of players upon reaching this stage, and the symposium was attended by many graduate students and some coaches and athletes from the city.
