Professor Liqa Hussain Alwan, Chairman of the Northern Technical University Promotions Committee
Professor Liqa’ Hussain Alwan – a Professor- at the College of Education at Samarra University, was chosen as the Chairman of the Promotions Committee of the Al-Dur Technical Institute, affiliated with the Northern Technical University.
This choice came with a group of distinguished professors in Iraqi universities, who – Alwan – plays an essential role in various Iraqi universities’ scientific and cognitive fields.
