A professor at the University of Samarra publishes a book on (Islamic jurisprudence rules)
Recently published by the Nashiroon Foundation a book by Dr. ((Ahmad Khudair Jassim Al-Samarrai)) professor at the University of Samarra, College of Islamic Sciences, Department of Sharia, entitled (Zawahir Al-Jawaher Al-Naza’ar an Al-Ashbah Wal Nadha’ar) by Sheikh ((Salih bin Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Tamratshi)).
The book is a summary of the rules of jurisprudence and it’s great importance and great standing in Islamic jurisprudence, as they indicate the consistency of the legal rulings, the clarity of their approaches and the disclosure of their horizons, as well as controlling the widespread matters, and organizing them in one wire.
The book (Zawahir al-Jawaher) came along this line, especially as it is a footnote to the book of al-Ashbah and al-Nazaire ((by Ibn Najim)), which is one of the important books in the field of jurisprudential rules.
