The Ministry of Higher Education issues clarification regarding its legal procedures on the file of the Dutch University and its referral to Integrity

 

Clarification of the fragmentary picture that some television programs were shown to her regarding forged certificates attributed to one of the unrecognized names ( Dutch University for the academic year (2008/2009)) The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research affirms its firm position in dealing with this file by legal procedures and that it never recognized this university, it does not bear responsibility for the crimes committed by forgers and impersonators.

 

In compliance with the responsible position and national requirements in combating corruption and encircling its repercussions, the Ministry has conducted a thorough investigation in this regard and filed a criminal complaint against foreign parties diagnosed in the case, and referred the file to the Integrity Commission to enable the Iraqi judiciary to say its word in punishing those involved in the crime of forgery.

In this regard, the Ministry of Education renews its call not to deal with fake entities, persons, or universities that seek beyond their financial desires and urges students to accredit universities with a solid global reputation recommended by the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations.
