The faculty in the Department of Sharia at the College of Islamic Sciences / the University of Samarra, Assistant Professor Dr. Anas Mahdi Al-Aran, with the assistant lecturer Heba Mahmoud Mal Allah, issued a joint book on the Nashiroon Foundation, titled “Tuhfat Al-Akhiar Fee Al-Durr Al-Mukhtar” by Ibrahim bin Mustafa Al-Halabi. The book is considered one of the important books and one of the approved books by the Hanafi jurists.
