The University of Samarra – a faculty from the College of Arts moderate a dialogue session at a conference at the University of Baghdad about (scientific experts)
Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Saheb Shaker – a professor in the College of Arts – participated in the Fifth International Scientific Conference for Scientific and Human Studies, entitled: (Scientific experts, a guide of Creativity and Development).
For the period: April 11-12 / 2021, which was established by the International Federation of Creatives in Iraq in cooperation with international, Arab, and local universities, as he moderated one of the conference sessions, he spoke during the dialogue session about the importance of highlighting the role of scientific experts to advance the reality of creativity, and the conversation included identifying the importance of scientific and social studies in solving the problems facing the educational institution. He also indicated the importance of diagnosing the challenges facing creativity and development in Iraq in particular and the Arab world in general. It is one of the tasks of the scientific researcher, stressing the importance of these scientific dialogue sessions because it opens windows for intellectual and creative cross-fertilization, cooperation between Iraqi and Arab universities and state institutions, and the focus on the importance of creativity and development in making future with the contribution of creative people, thinkers, and writers.
