The University of Samarra – a faculty member from the College of Arts moderates a dialogue session at Alqalam Club about the Iraqi interpreter and his challenges
The Iraqi Alqalam Club holds a dialogue session entitled “The Iraqi Translation and Translator, and the Challenges” hosted by the poet and translator Amal Ibrahim, writer and journalist Qais al-Ajrash, and the session is moderated by Dr. Ahmed Al Dhafiri: The dialogue will include talking about publishing houses and the personal experiences of young translators and their literary results. The moderator, Ahmed Al Dhafiri, indicated: These sessions are important because translation faces many problems, especially in Iraq and the Arab world, noting that the date of the session, via the Zoom app, Wednesday 4-14-2021 at 11 pm.
