The University of Samarra organizes a workshop with the coordinators of the governmental program
Under the direction of the Office of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, the Governmental Program Unit of the University of Samarra held a workshop on preparing the monthly activities report for the university and submitting these reports to the Department of Governmental Program in the Ministry for identifying strengths and weaknesses in their performance, in the presence of the unit official (Shehab Ahmed Shawkat) and directed to set instructions for collecting data and reports and sending them, as it includes the form (principal, information and audit) and put it in a unified application and encode it with all forms filled out and clarify the method of sending and the activities to be collected, and setting the last date for sending data is the last day Every month and send it electronically and on paper in the presence of the coordinators in the colleges, the important activities required to be collected: infrastructure, workshops, and seminars, courses, research published locally, research published in international and internationally published containers, authored and translated methodological books, discussion of master’s and doctoral thesis, patents, scientific conferences International and local agreements, research fellowships, post-doctoral studies, sabbaticals, and community service.
