Under the direct guidance of the President of Samarra University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, a committee headed by the Vice president for Administrative Affairs (Zuhair Qassem Muhammad) and the membership of each of the Associate Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Dr. (Ziad Tariq Ibrahim) and the Director of the Construction and Projects Department, Mr. (Diaa Jassem Awad).
The committee began its work to check the property No. (1/268), owned by the College of Agriculture in Balad, affiliated with the University of Samarra, and to be rented for the college.
