The President of the University of Samarra issues an order of allowing to study and work simultaneously
The President of the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, issued an order of allowing to study and work simultaneously and at private expense outside Iraq for supporting and developing the skills of our university employees; Raising the scientific and administrative level of the competencies of all employees, and that the candidates obtain leaves according to the employee’s accumulated leave balance, provided that it does not exceed 120 days, and according to Article 43 of the Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960.
