Dr. Ihsan Ali Mustafa, head of the Department of Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Samarra, met with Prof. Dr. Hisham Salim Enid, Head of the Department of Electromechanical Engineering, the assistants for administrative and scientific affairs, and the heads of the branches of unmanned navigation systems engineering, energy engineering, renewable energy and oil, and gas engineering.
