A panel discussion at the College of Engineering entitled (Types of Fire Fighting Systems and Their Applications)

 

Under the supervision and guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Saleh Mahmoud and in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Riyad Azawi Badr, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, and some professors and students, the Department of Electromechanical Engineering held a panel discussion entitled (Types of Fire Fighting Systems and Their Applications).

It aimed to identify the firefighting systems, which are the firefighting systems using water and gas, as well as identifying the degrees of danger according to the places of use and explaining how to design the systems in terms of the number of sprinklers, pipes, fire tanks and pumps required in the plans, based on the American design code NFPA.
