A workshop at the University of Samarra shows the role of women working in government institutions

 

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Samarra held an in-attendance workshop entitled “The Role of Working Women in Governmental Institutions,” delivered by Assistant professor Aseel Saad Fadel.
The lecturer demonstrated the historical depth of women in work and their gradation in the positions and roles that they practiced, especially with the problems she faced as a result of social status and gender, which she sometimes puts in the category of the queen, and at other times in the warrior corner, and once in the corner of work.
The workshop aimed to increase awareness and education among female and male employees of the university and work to give the actual position of women in leadership and initiative at work, as well as granting employees the right to according to the productivity provided by the job staff, regardless of the human type that achieves it.
