Dr. Adel Al-Olayan wins the Arab Union Award for Culture
Dr. Adel Muhammad Al-Olayan – Head of the History Department – at the College of Education at the University of Samarra obtained the Arab Union Award for Culture. The award is an appreciation of the rich giving and achievements he made in his scientific efforts and in recognition of his influential role in achieving the goals of the Union. He had the most significant impact on the development of Arab culture and pushed it to terms of excellence, creativity, and high-level sobriety.
