Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai, President of the University of Samarra, and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Saleh Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Engineering, the Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, the University of Samarra organized a panel discussion entitled (Strengthening Concrete Buildings to Comply with the requirements of the New Iraqi Seismic Code) delivered by Mustafa Nizar Electronically via the google meet app.
