The Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering, the University of Samarra, organized a panel discussion entitled (Structural joints, their types, and uses).

The seminar dealt with identifying structural joints, their most important types, the reasons for using them, and how to implement every kind in concrete structures.
The Dean of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Amjad Saleh Mahmoud, professors, and college students attended the seminar.
