A professor at Samarra University passes an American training course in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education

Assistant Professor Waad Adel Latif – lecturer – at the College of Education at Samarra University, passed a 30-day training course for the English Language Training Program, which was organized by the American organization IREX, and coordinated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq.

Notably, this training course included all Iraqi universities, and each university nominated representatives for it, and – Latif – was one of the advanced models. They passed the course organized through telepathy platforms.
