The Director of the Office of the President of Samarra University and the Teaching in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education, Dr. Hisham Sattar Mahdi, received an invitation to participate in the International Scientific Forum for Advanced Materials and Nanomaterials held in mid-February for the year 2022 at Diyala University.

At the end of the forum, Sttar was awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Rehabilitation and Development Academy of the International Friendship Organization – Kingdom of Sweden, in respect and gratitude for his distinguished participation in the above forum.
