The President of Samarra University follows up with the Legal Affairs Department and follows up on contract procedures
Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi al-Samarrai – President of Samarra University – visited the Legal Affairs Department at the University Presidency and reviewed the department and its readiness for any emergency.
This follow-up came when the department completed the procedures for renewing ministerial contracts at the University of Samarra, to which Allawi paid great attention and briefed on the department’s mechanism of work; a file for one of the ministerial contracts at the university randomly, as well as his request for a form of pledges.
He stated: “The Legal Department at the University Presidency is the gateway to safety; To limit the university’s exposure to any legal violation that the employee or official in the departments, divisions and other administrative facilities of the university.”
He added, “The university presidency and its departments are keen to complete the requirements for contract renewal, which the Legal Affairs Department closely follows up.”
On the other hand, the President of the University instructed to follow an advanced and secure preservation mechanism for documents and administrative orders, provided that it is easy to access, accurate data, and integrated with preservation and organization.
Before the end of the tour, he reviews the university’s documents lands to ensure the accuracy of their preservation and the inference of access to them while appreciating the effort of the department and its employees in following the proper methods and legal and regulatory paths.
