The College of Arts at the University of Samarra organized an electronic scientific symposium on Wednesday, 14 September.
The symposium reviewed the nature of transition, which is one of the expressive methods in the creative Arabic language until it was called the courage of Arabic, and its concept settled among the audience of rhetoricians as “transitioning from one method to another, or moving away from it to another” or moving from one form to another.
