A professor at Samarra University publishes a book about the roots of the Egyptian-Jewish conflict

Dr. Faten Abdel-Salam Mizal – a professor – at the College of Education at Samarra University, has published a book entitled “The Historical Roots of the Egyptian-Jewish Conflict” on the Iraqi Dar Qaratis for Printing, Publishing, and Distribution, in its first edition for the current year 2022.

The author presented the prosperity of the Jews in Egypt during the last quarter of the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century, as she explained the emergence of several stars in the sky of the Egyptian economy from the Jews, and perhaps among the most prominent Jewish families that played a significant role in the Egyptian economy is the Mosseri and Qatawi families And Shikorel, which means that the Jewish community did not control the Egyptian economy. Still, several Jewish families took advantage of their relations at home and abroad, and the laws favoring foreigners reaped huge fortunes that enabled them to expand more and more and control a large part of the Egyptian economy.
