Samarra University’s College of Engineering Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Al-Noor University College

 

Samarra University’s College of Engineering has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Al-Noor University College to promote scientific and academic collaboration between the two institutions. The memorandum of cooperation was signed by Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Ibrahim Khalil, Assistant Dean of the College of Engineering for Scientific Affairs, and Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, Dean of Al-Noor College, Private University.

This partnership comes as a result of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives to strengthen scientific cooperation between public and private universities and colleges. The signing ceremony took place at the Al-Noor College building in Nineveh Governorate, where both sides expressed their enthusiasm for this constructive collaboration.

The partnership aims to enhance the scientific process and raise the cultural and research level of the teaching staff at both institutions. It also seeks to support the exchange of experiences between the two parties, promoting mutual growth and development.

This agreement is an important step towards achieving academic excellence and contributing to the development of the higher education sector in Iraq. We look forward to seeing the fruitful outcomes of this collaboration in the years to come.
