Faculty Member at the College of Education for Humanities Appointed to a Ministerial Committee for the Evaluation of a Proposed Graduate Studies Program
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has selected Professor Dr. Raed Abdullah Hamad, a faculty member in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Human Sciences, the University of Samarra, to serve as a member of the ministerial committee assigned to evaluate the proposal for establishing a Master\’s program in Arabic Language (Linguistics) at the College of Education for Human Sciences, the University of Kirkuk.
The selection was made pursuant to a ministerial order issued by the Department of Research and Development / Graduate Studies Division, establishing a scientific committee comprising a distinguished group of specialists from Iraqi universities. The committee is tasked with assessing the requirements for the proposed program, reviewing the available academic and human resources, and ensuring compliance with the approved standards and regulations for launching the graduate program.
This appointment reflects the distinguished academic standing of Professor Dr. Raed Abdullah Hamad and the confidence placed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the expertise of the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Samarra. It also highlights the college\’s active contribution to ministerial and scientific committees and its significant role in supporting the advancement of higher education and scientific research in Iraq.
