Dean of the College of Physical Education Honors Outstanding Students for Officiating the Al-Sikkak Shield Community Football Championship

The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Samarra University, Professor Dr. Saad Abbas Abd, accompanied by a number of the College’s faculty members, honored a distinguished group of students in recognition of their participation as referees in the Al-Sikkak Shield Community Football Championship for the U-15 (Juniors) category.
