Administrative Deputy Conducts Field Follow-Up of University Departments and Centers
Assistant Professor Dr. Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim, the Assistant to the University President for Administrative Affairs, conducted a field follow-up of the Department of Internal Affairs, Security Permits, the Continuing Education Center, and the Stores Division at the university presidency.
During his tour, Dr. Tariq reviewed the administrative operations of the center, departments, and divisions, aiming to overcome administrative obstacles facing the university staff, identify the difficulties and challenges they encounter, and address them directly and promptly.
In turn, the Administrative Deputy directed the provision of material and human resources across all departments and divisions to ensure more efficient workflow, reduce burdens of responsibilities, and increase administrative productivity among staff.
It is worth noting that this visit is part of a series of field visits conducted by the Assistant to the University President for Administrative Affairs, under the “Immersion Initiative” launched at the beginning of this month, which will continue for six months to enhance the administrative performance of the university and its formations.
