Administrative and Financial Section
This section is responsible for the main core tasks related to personnel and financial affairs.
Administrative Section
It includes the work carried out by the administrative section under the guidance of the dean of the faculty and the assistant dean for administrative affairs. The most important tasks assigned to this section:
▪ Personnel Management, which includes faculty members, staff and technicians, as it implements the Civil Service Law, the University Service Law, the Higher Education Law, and the State Employees Discipline Law.
▪ Issuing administrative instructions for teachers and employees, such as appointment, reappointment, promotion orders and bonuses, delegations, directives, separation, thank-you orders, penalties, and so on with regard to employees and faculty for permanent or temporary employment.
▪ Maintaining, organizing, updating and receiving service files and records for all teachers and employees.
▪ The section verifies the issuance of documents related to the administrative and teaching staff in the faculty.
It undertakes everything related to other administrative matters and falls within the framework of its specialization, in a way that achieves smoothness and efficiency in administrative work.
Financial Section
This section is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating financial and accounting matters in the faculty by describing the following tasks:
▪ Organizing payrolls and paying them on schedule.
▪ Withdrawing permanent advances and paying them to the Purchasing Committee.
▪ Organizing exchange and entry documents and receipts for the arrest warrant.
▪ Organizing the lists of deductions and paying them to the relevant authorities.
▪ Preparing and organizing the annual financial allocations register
▪ Organizing delegations outside and inside the country, lecture fees, the treasurer’s office, and participation in the annual inventory records.
▪ Settling accounts at the end of the fiscal year and preparing final accounts on December 31 of each fiscal year,
▪ Managing and organizing the accounts of higher education funds.
▪ Managing the financial accounts of scientific journals
▪ Managing and organizing the financial accounts of consulting offices
