The Documents Section  

The work of the Documents section affiliated to the Administrative Affairs Division is to organize a personal file for each affiliate in the college (employees and teaching staff) from the beginning of his/her appointment or transfer to the college until his/her retirement, death, resignation, transfer, etc. The file for each affiliate includes all administrative orders issued to the affiliate (as orders Appointment, direct appointment, bonuses, promotions, committee orders and scientific promotions in relation to teachers, vacations of all kinds, letters of thanks and appreciation, disciplinary penalties, in addition to the official attachments of the affiliate) i.e., everything related to the affiliate in the college. In addition to archiving, it electronically to preserve it from damage and loss.
