Objectives of the Government Program
The section follows the goals and vision of the Ministry through:
▪ True twinning of Iraqi universities with international universities
▪ Reducing slackness, spreading the academic atmosphere, research and university life, and raising scientific levels
▪ Establishing universities according to international standards and quality, and encouraging parallel education
▪ Expanding government colleges and raising their scientific and academic levels in the light of honor with the Iraqi and foreign private sectors
