The Ministry of Higher Education issues an explanation regarding the employment opportunities

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research follows with great interest the legitimate demands and votes regarding the file of appointments governed by legal determinants and contexts. In this regard, our Ministry makes apparent to those interested and followers that the employment process in higher education formations are dependent on the legislation of the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year 2020.
The Ministry confirms that it will initiate its appropriate procedures regarding the jobs available to it from the staffing movement after legislating the law within the approved instructions under the proportions allocated to the group covered by alumni and first degrees and those with martyrs and special needs, contracts, workers and other categories in the light of fair competition that allows everyone the right to apply.
And in confirmation of its administrative and legal commitment, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has directed universities to complete all fundamental procedures for converting lecturers into ministerial contracts.
