According to the memo of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, No. P5 / 2366 on 6/17/2020, the University of Samarra announces an opening for students who have previously undergone graduate studies for any reason (except for cheating) who are not benefiting from previous decisions to submit their applications to return to seat study for the coming academic year 2020-2021. Knowing that their return will be on the private alimony channel. Those wishing to return should go to the Graduate Studies Division at colleges to submit their applications.
