The Project and Construction Department at the University of Samarra clarify the stages of establishing the Electromechanical Department in the College of Engineering
Under the guidance of the President of the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, and supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Rashid Hamid Yassin, a committee was formed to implement the building of the first floor of the halls of the College of Special Engineering (for the Electromechanical Department) implemented in the implementation method.

3- Husam Raad / financial Member
And under the direct supervision of the Director of the Construction and Projects Department, Eng. Dia Jassim Awwad
Awwad explained the construction of classrooms for the College of Engineering, consisting of two floors (ground floor) with an area of 230 square meters, including 3 halls 5 x 7 meters and two halls 5 x 5 meters … and the first floor with an area of (254) with the same dimensions and number of halls for the ground floor with a 32-meter-long roofed corridor with Concrete stairs leading to the second floor
The project lasted 4 months.
Dr. Allawi praised the tireless efforts made and the short time in which these scientific and academic classrooms were established, which support the scientific and engineering side of our university.
