Dr. Sabah Allawi welcomed the commander of Samarra’s operations at the University of Samarra
Major General Jabbar Hajem Al-Darraji, Commander of Samarra Operations, visited the University of Samarra on Tuesday 26 January 2021, and was welcomed by Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, University President.
The two sides discussed in a meeting attended by Vice President of the University for Administrative Affairs Prof. Dr. Zuhair Qasim Muhammad, Director of the Legal Department Professor Haider Al-Naqib, and Director of Security and Follow-up Mr. Badr Lafta Najm, ways of cooperation and preservation of this great scientific edifice in light of the current security conditions.
Al-Darraji stressed that he should adhere to the instructions and directives issued by the security forces and work with them to maintain security in the city in general and in the university in particular.
Al-Darraji gave some directions and observations regarding the work of the security forces that are found at the university and the security and preventive measures that must be taken during work.
Allawi praised the great efforts made by the security forces to maintain order and security in the city to ensure the continuation of the normal life of citizens, wishing them continued success in performing their sacred duty and achieving more victory in defeating the enemies.
