A professor from the University of Samarra publishes a paper on human organ transplantation
Assistant Professor Dr. (Junaid Sharif Abd), at the College of Islamic Sciences … Sharia Department at Samarra University, published a paper entitled (Sharia rulings in human organ transplantation) in the Journal of the College of Islamic Sciences of Tikrit University.
The topic of human organ transplantation is one of the contemporary topics which, in our days, has become a feasible issue, emerged what was called hypothetical issues that the jurists assumed and tried to find their rulings.
The other aspect of the importance of this issue is the need of people in certain cases to transplant these organs. Is it permissible to take an organ from one place of the human body and implant it in another body? Or is it permissible to grow it in another body? Or did he take it from a pure animal or an impure animal and implant it in a person? And the ruling on taking this organ from a dead person.
